By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to accept these terms and conditions in full.   1. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. The ordering process on our website will guide you through the steps needed to place an order.2
  • After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you a confirmation that the products are ready for collection or have been dispatched for delivery. At this point, a contract will come into existence between you and us.
  • All orders are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available.
  • When placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment card used, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
  1. Products, Pricing, and Payment

  • Images and descriptions of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to display them accurately, but we cannot guarantee that they will be a perfect representation of the product you receive.
  • We take care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, if we discover an error in the price of a product you ordered, we will contact you to give you the option of continuing with the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
  • Payment for all products must be made at the time of ordering through our secure payment gateway.
  1. Delivery and Collection

  • Our operating hours for delivery and collection are from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
  • Any times quoted for delivery and collection are estimates only. We will do our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee them.
  • Our responsibility for the products ends once they have been delivered to the address you provided or have been collected from our premises. In accordance with UK consumer law, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
  1. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

  • Perishable Goods: As our food is made fresh to order and is perishable, you do not have the standard 14-day right to cancel for a refund. We are unable to accept returns of any food items unless they are of unsatisfactory quality, not as described, or incorrect, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund provided you give us at least one hour’s notice before your scheduled delivery or collection time. Cancellations made after this point may not be eligible for a refund if the food has already been prepared.8 To cancel, please call us directly at +44 7762 163251.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately (ideally within 30 minutes of receipt).8 We will endeavour to provide a replacement or offer a refund for the affected item.
  • Quality Concerns: If you have a concern about the quality or safety of your food, please contact us by phone or email within 2 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photographic evidence may be required. At our discretion, we may offer a partial or full refund or store credit.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
  1. Allergies

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
  • We handle all major allergens in our kitchen and take precautions to prevent cross-contamination. However, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are completely free from trace allergens. We will not be liable for any allergic reaction if you did not inform us of the allergy at the time of ordering.
  1. Intellectual Property

  • We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on our website and in the material published on it, including all text, graphics, logos, and source code. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. 
  • You may view, download, and print pages from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.
  1. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
  • Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any losses arising under or in connection with the contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the total price of the products you ordered.
  • We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.
